Question
1) If a person needs to give Sadaqah because they have done some error in Ihraam, do they need to give the Sadaqah in the Haram or can they give it in their hometown?
2) Can my wife wear shoes and make Tawaaf if her feet are getting torn due to excessive walking.

We have received your query regarding making Tawaaf with shoes and the ruling of Sadaqah, our response is as follows
1) One may give the Sadaqah within the Haram boundary or even outside the Haram boundary. Although it is best to give within the Haram boundary.[1]
2) It is necessary that whatever footwear is utilised within the Haram should be clean.
It is advisable that your Ahleyah utilises durable socks (if possible) rather than shoes, in order to mantain the Adab (respect) of the Haram and also to avoid any misunderstanding from others.
However, if clean slippers etc are utilized then the Tawaaf will be valid.
