سلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
I have come across a dua (attached below) which is said to be recited in Salah just after the Thana. The dua is said to be recorded in Musnad Ahmad and is said to be Sunnah. Is this correct?

We have received your query regarding the recitation of a certain Dua after Thana, our response is as follows:
In the Faraidh (compulsory) Salaah a person should suffice only upon the Thana. One may recite other Masnoon Duas in the Nafl (optional) Salaah.[1]
