Inheritance: My father X died on 24-03-2023,leaving behind wife Y issueless, one brother Z, two daughters of deceased first wife A,B, how to take shares.

We have received your query dated 2023-03-29, our response is as follows:
We acknowledge receipt of your query outlining all the heirs in the estate of the deceased at the time of his demise. Please note that you have also been added to the following table as well, due to our understanding that you are the biological son of the deceased. If this is not correct then the shares will change accordingly.
Our response to your query based on the particulars furnished by you is as follows:
After discharging primary dues such as burial expenses, debts payable (if any) and from one third of the residue implementation of any bequests (outstanding Salaat etc. charities to Deeni institutions ,e.t.c) made by the deceased, the remainder of the estate is to be divided and shared as illustrated in the table below:
