We have received your query dated 17/12/21,
We received your query regarding bungee jumping. Our response follows:
Bungee jumping is not permissible due to the following reasons:
1) No benefit pertaining to neither Dunya nor deen.
2) Putting one’s life at risk for no valid reason.
3) Extravagance, money is wasted for no productive reason.
والضابط في هذا الباب أن اللهو المجرد الذي لا طائل تحته وليس له غرض صحيح مفيد في المعاش ولا المعاد حرام أو مكروه
