Asalam Alaykum dear Imam how are you ? Here is my scenario . I work at a car dealership and there is an Afghan muslim female seeming a couple years or more younger who works as a mechanic in whom she is very kind to me , friendly , and I feel honestly I need to marry her and I have extremely strong emotions to be with her forever and it has nothing to do with lust . However I’m not 100 percent sure because I’m wondering why she seems badly inclined to use profanity comfortably openly , she doesn’t wear hijab , she wears a little bit of very small tattoos , and she unfortunately is talking a lot to way too many male employees . What should I do ?

Dear brother, marriage is a large step in one’s life and it needs to be taken with much thought. The person who you select to be your future spouse will be a decision which will affect your life and also your hereafter. Therefore, first and foremost, you should cut all ties with this girl as any type of relations before marriage is Haraam. Secondly, you should ask your parents to search for an appropriate spouse who is practising on the Deen. As a marriage is not only between two people but it also affects two families. Therefore, make Mashwerah with your parents and make Istikharah, inshallahin this way there will be Barakah.
