I hope all well at your end.
I have a query with Jummah. I know we need atleast 4 people including Imam to do Jummah in NZ.
However if we only 3 people and fourth brother who already done Jummah at masjid but joins us to cover minimum number so Jummah can done rather than dhuhr. Is it ok to do so?
If not then do we have to do our salat again as dhuhr?
Hope to get some clear guidance.

We acknowledge the receipt of your query. Our response is as follows:
We were unable to locate a clear text of the Fuqaha with regards to your query; however from our findings we learn that a person who has already performed his Jumuah Salaah will not qualify in fulfilling the minimum required quota for Jumuah (three people excluding the Imaam).
Thus, such a Jumuah will not be correct and Qadha of Zuhar will need to be made.
However, we recommend that you forward your question to another Darul Ifta such as Darul Ifta Darul Uloom Azaadville.
