I had a question regarding the sale of my car Every now and then I am selling cars privately, I had a question regarding sales where the buyer uses a finance company to purchase the vehicle. Does the transaction become haram if I sign a sales agreement with the finance company. The agreement only states that I am selling the car as is to the buyer. The form is sent both to me and the buyer to sign on the agreement of the sale. There are no other document that I sign.

We have received your query dated 08/04/22, we apologise for the belated reply. This was due to various reasons such as the Darul Uloom being closed during the month of Ramadaan. Our answer is as follows:
The scenario which you have stated is permissible, as long as one is dealing directly with the purchaser and one is not directly associated in the bank dealings.
