We have received your query regarding the ruling of pursuing a career in accounting, book keeping and administration, our response is as follows:
Yes, it will be permissible to work as an accountant, book keeper and in administration as long as this occupation does not consist of anything which is not allowed in Shariah.[1] If you have any query regarding any specific aspect of the above mentioned occupation then please get in contact with the Daru lfta.
