Question
Asalam Alaykum how are you ? I dream to see my wife with very large breasts in order to enjoy her nakedness. Is it haram or makrooh at all to have my wife take amino acids to grow very large breasts as thats what glycine , valine , cyesteine , glutamic acid , and aspartic acid does in order to fulfill my desires. Would such violate her modesty ?

We have received your query regarding breast enlargement, , our response is as follows:
Intake of medication in order to increase the breast size for beautification purposes should be avoided, as this entails Taghyeer-e-Khalqillah (changing the nature created by Allah Ta’ala).
However, if there are some medical reasons or if the breasts have become extremely abnormal, to the point that it leads to a great deal of hardship, and one has no other option, then only due to such exceptional cases would there be a dispensation of permissibility.[1]
Abnormality and medical need ought to be determined by consulting a reliable practitioner and a knowledgeable scholar.
Finally, we need to keep in mind that Allah Ta’ala has placed great treasures when one safeguards their gaze from the opposite gender, by the blessing of guarding one’s gaze Allah Ta’ala plants satisfaction in one’s heart for the appearance of one’s spouse. If this satisfaction is not instilled in the heart by Allah Ta’ala then Shaytan and Nafs will endeavour to keep one unsatisfied and restless, continuously sinking into a never ending imaginary world.
